Amazon Transportation Scheduling
Product Strategy & Design · Senior UX Designer · 2020-2021
The Amazon Transportation organization oversees the end-to-end shipping across Amazon’s e-commerce network. When I joined in 2020, I focused on Relay for Carrier—a platform used by independent carriers to book and manage freight. One of my core projects was a new scheduling experience designed to bridge operational workflows between carriers, associates, and drivers. The work involved significant technical constraints, cross-team alignment, and a highly compressed timeline. I delivered the foundational v1 experience while establishing a framework for iterative improvements.
My role on the project:
Customer research / research collaboration
Information architecture / UX
Visual design
Developer support
Strategic roadmap definition
Due to confidentiality, detailed visuals and process artifacts are not shown here. I’m happy to discuss the work in more depth in conversation.
