The Amazon Transportation Organization oversees all shipping and fulfillment operations for Amazon’s e-commerce. When I joined the team in 2020, my focus was on Relay for Carrier, a suite of features for independent carriers to book and manage loads. The scope of this work included a scheduling experience to would live within Relay for Carrier and bridge the gap between carriers and associates/drivers. In addition to several technical challenges, this project also had an aggressive timeline.
