Knead is a cat bed designed to support aging and arthritic cats. When I joined the team, their first product was in production, but the brand identity and digital experience were still in early development.

Over eight months, I partnered with a product lead, brand designer, and copywriter to define the website’s content strategy and design. I led UX and visual design for the site and collaborated closely with a developer to implement the experience in Shopify. The brand has since launched in Australia and the US, bringing a therapeutic product to a growing community of pet owners.
